(2026.06.19. Comfort from the Holy Spirit)
May you stand firm in all things, become a strong child of God, and be someone who pleases the Lord and can be used by Him.
Everyone begins without understanding or knowing God. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we gradually come to know Him. God also often uses different experiences and circumstances to lead us onto the path He has prepared for us. Whether they are lessons we need to learn within ourselves or changes we face in our circumstances, they are all part of the process of growing in life, and they are also part of God’s work in our lives.
Joseph, for example, was loved by his father when he was young and wore a special robe. Later, he obeyed his father and went to see his brothers and the flocks they were tending. But because his brothers were jealous of him, they took away his robe, threw him into a pit, and sold him as a slave in Egypt. Later, because of the false accusation made by Potiphar’s wife, he was put in prison. From then on, his life took a completely different path.
From a human point of view, everything Joseph went through seemed full of hardship and misfortune. Yet God never left him. As long as we rely on God, He will be with us and give us the grace and strength we need. Many experiences that seem difficult are often part of God’s preparation for what He will accomplish in the future.
For this reason, those whom God wants to use often need to go through changes in their lives first. We need to change from being self-centered and seeking our own glory to becoming people who humbly obey God. We must put off our old nature and no longer live according to our own will. Instead, we need to learn to obey the Lord, honor Him above all, and seek God’s will in everything. Only then can we truly follow in the Lord’s footsteps.
As God trains us, we need to face the lessons that come our way. Do not run away from them. Instead, rely on God to overcome difficulties and conquer our weaknesses. Do not keep looking at our circumstances, and do not depend on people. When we are willing to obey God’s leading and live according to His will, our lives will be renewed step by step, and we will become new creations. We will change from focusing on the things of this world to focusing on the things of heaven and eternal life. We will understand the importance of being set apart for God, learn to live by relying on the Lord, and continue walking on the path of holiness.
Therefore, when you face hardships and trials, do not let your heart turn away from God. Be patient, continue faithfully in prayer, and entrust everything to Him, asking God to give you strength. Do not look only at the difficulties in front of you. Instead, have faith that God has already prepared the road ahead, and confidently entrust yourself to Him. In this way, through every battle and every refining trial, you can continue to hold on to your faith, firmly follow the Lord, and not complain. With the Lord by your side, you can face everything without fear, overcome every kind of trial, and hold on to your faith until the end.
Faith and obedience are lessons we learn throughout our whole lives. As we continue learning to trust and obey God, we will gradually grow and mature in the Lord, become strong, and receive strength from God.
May you walk with the Lord and work with Him throughout your life. Run the race you are called to run in this world and fight the good fight. Shine for the Lord and bear witness to God’s glory. May others come to know God and turn to the truth through the life you live. May you follow God’s good will until the day you see the Lord face to face.
