(March 11, 2026. The Encouragement of the Holy Spirit)
He who has ears to hear, let him hear, for this concerns life itself.
People care about how many years they will live in this world and how long their days on earth will be. But even more, you should clearly know that man does not have only this present life. When life in this world comes to an end and the body returns to dust, you should think about where the soul will go for eternity.
Maybe you feel disappointed with what has happened in this life. You cannot change the family you were born into, the place where you live, or the circumstances you have to face. Maybe you live in poverty. Maybe your body has disabilities or weaknesses. Maybe your abilities are limited, and in the eyes of others you are not considered intelligent, nor do you have the material abundance that others have. Born into this evil, rebellious, and sinful world, you cannot change all these things. But there is one thing that can change you: to know God, to be reconciled to the Lord, and to become a new creation in Him. Through the precious blood of the Lord, you are redeemed, and through the renewing work of the Holy Spirit, your life is made holy. You come to belong to God, no longer to the devil, no longer under the control of sin, and no longer walking in darkness. The one true God in heaven, the Most High, the Almighty, becomes your God and your Father in heaven. Then you receive the light, the Lord’s mercy and lovingkindness, and you are able to rely on God. With the Lord’s care over you, your life can have hope.
He who has ears to hear, let him hear, for this concerns whether you can receive eternal life.
Since you have received heavenly hope, you should seek to understand God’s teaching. Live a godly life according to the instruction of the truth. Put off the old self. Do not walk with the wicked, do not do what goes against the truth, and do not take part in sin. Remove the idols from your heart, and let your heart be clean and honest. Always pursue holiness. Then you will be able to resist the attacks of the evil one and overcome the temptations of the world and the devil.
In this evil generation, while the devil is working fiercely, you must guard your soul carefully. Whether you face trials or go through suffering, you must endure. Do not cast away your faith, and do not depart from the truth you have believed. You must endure and stand firm to the very end. Keep God’s commandments, walk steadily on the path of righteousness, and become one who overcomes.
To the one who overcomes, God will give the hidden manna. This manna is the spiritual food that comes from heaven and gives life to man. If a person receives this heavenly food, he is receiving the word of God. The truth can keep a person’s soul healthy, help him walk in holiness, and also help him understand the way God has pointed out.
And He will also give him a white stone, and on the stone a new name is written. The name of the one who overcomes is recorded in the Book of Life. This name is known only by the one who receives it. For he will surely be declared righteous before the judgment seat. He will see that his effort in this life, running the path toward the kingdom of heaven, was not in vain. He will receive a glorious crown. He is loved by the Lord, holy, and a citizen of the heavenly kingdom.
Come and enjoy the Lord’s feast. Live each day in the presence of the Lord and under the care of the Lord Jesus. Receive abundant grace from the Lord, and also receive everlasting blessing and joy.
May you receive peace and joy in this life, and eternal life in the life to come. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
