(Received in prayer on 2025.5.21)

Before the foundation of the world, I loved you and chose you, so that you may have eternal life and everlasting joy.

I long to pour out my full and abundant love upon you—not only giving you peace in this life, but also filling you with the hope of heaven and lasting joy, both now and forever.

I loved you first. I gave you my love. I placed eternal life in your heart and gave you faith. Through that faith, you came to know me and were able to behold my glory.

I do not desire for you to live in constant toil and worry, wasting your days and ending your life in vain.

Whatever wealth, status, or fame you gain in this world will not last forever, and none of these can bring you into the kingdom of heaven.

My kingdom is not of this world.

You must pursue what is truly eternal.

A wise person plans ahead for eternity, setting their heart on their heavenly home and striving to obtain everlasting life.

My child, I know your heart. You love me.

Your heart longs for heaven.

You keep seeking the truth, because you know that truth sanctifies you—and only when you are made holy can you dwell with me. Then I will be in you, and you in me, and we will be one.

Though you live in this world, you are not of it.

You reject temptation and refuse to take part in sin.

You fear grieving my heart and are concerned that your words and actions might not glorify my name.

You choose to live a godly life, constantly reflecting on your words and deeds in light of the truth.

And when you recognize your faults, you repent right away, keeping yourself clean and undefiled.

You walk the path of holiness, worshiping me with a reverent and devoted heart, offering your life to me—and this is what brings me joy.

I am with you.

My grace will keep pouring into your life, strengthening you day by day, helping you overcome the world and steadily advance toward the eternal kingdom.

I have paved the way before you—just press on with all your strength.

Your songs of praise and thanksgiving have already reached me, and I am pleased with you, because you love me.

You are using the rest of your days to respond to my grace—and in return, I will love you even more, forever.

Scripture

John

Chapter 17 Verses 14–15, 17–19, 21–22, 24–26

“I have given them your word, and the world has hated them

because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

I do not ask that you take them out of the world,

but that you keep them from the evil one.

Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth.

As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world.

And for their sake I consecrate myself,

that they also may be sanctified in truth.

that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you,

that they also may be in us,

so that the world may believe that you have sent me.

The glory that you have given me I have given to them,

that they may be one even as we are one,

Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me,

may be with me where I am,

to see my glory that you have given me

because you loved me before the foundation of the world.

O righteous Father, even though the world does not know you, I know you,

and these know that you have sent me.

I made known to them your name, and I will continue to make it known,

that the love with which you have loved me may be in them, and I in them.”

Psalm

Chapter 31 Verses 19–21, 23–24

Oh, how abundant is your goodness,

which you have stored up for those who fear you

and worked for those who take refuge in you,

in the sight of the children of mankind!

In the cover of your presence you hide them

from the plots of men;

you store them in your shelter

from the strife of tongues.

Blessed be the Lord,

for he has wondrously shown his steadfast love to me

when I was in a besieged city.

Love the Lord, all you his saints!

The Lord preserves the faithful

but abundantly repays the one who acts in pride.

Be strong, and let your heart take courage,

all you who wait for the Lord!

1 Peter

Chapter 1 Verses 2–9, 13

according to the foreknowledge of God the Father,

in the sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ

and for sprinkling with his blood:

May grace and peace be multiplied to you.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!

According to his great mercy,

he has caused us to be born again to a living hope

through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading,

kept in heaven for you,

who by God’s power are being guarded through faith

for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary,

you have been grieved by various trials,

so that the tested genuineness of your faith—

more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—

may be found to result in praise and glory and honor

at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

Though you have not seen him, you love him.

Though you do not now see him, you believe in him

and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory,

obtaining the outcome of your faith,

the salvation of your souls.

Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded,

set your hope fully on the grace

that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
