(2024.09.30 Pray and receive the Lord’s words)

You are my creation, you should be in my likeness, you should be holy like me, you should live in the good land, the glorious land where I am;

Just because you were tempted by the devil and did not keep my commandments, you were stained with filth and held hostage by sin, so that you were unable to live in the glorious land.

So you left my garden and wandered outside (the world). Because of sin, you lost the happiness that originally belonged to you and the grace that originally belonged to you;

How do uncleanness (sin) and holiness fit together? How do they live together?

If you feel that your days are bitter and difficult, as long as your heart is with Me, you turn to Me, and you wholeheartedly worship Me, with no idols in your heart and fully belonging to Me, then there is no need to worry about tomorrow or feel bitter. For those who belong to Me, I will lead your way, and the bitterness of refining will turn into sweetness. Your hope is not in this world;

You do not live by the flesh or by the visible world, for the world is ruled by the devil, who devises schemes to corrupt people’s hearts, intending to lead you away from Me, causing you to live in sorrow and distress, without peace. He takes advantage of your weak body and mind, using what you care about to tempt you, setting traps to ensnare you.

So that you are accustomed to needing it, your heart is blinded, and you love it and follow it; the devil’s purpose is to make you leave me and have nothing to do with me. You will die in life and will be judged in the future and share the punishment with it;

You must turn your heart to Me, so that you can be strong and gain strength, and let your life be reborn. You must rely on Me, and your heart must be fixed on Me;

No matter in good times or bad times, you must always be vigilant and examine whether you owe My glory and whether you are unclean. Do not be contaminated at all. Be on guard against Satan’s attacks and escape the tyranny of sin;

Come back to me and become a holy people, my beloved children, and value the status of a prince;

I will give you glory and wear a crown of victory for you. You will sit on the throne with me in the kingdom of heaven and receive an eternal inheritance.

Scripture

1 Peter chapter 1, verses 13 to 16

“Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. As obedient children, do not be conformed to the passions of your former ignorance, but as he who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, since it is written, ‘You shall be holy, for I am holy.'”

 Ephesians chapter 5, verses 1 to 6

“Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. But sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints. Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking, which are out of place, but instead let there be thanksgiving. For you may be sure of this, that everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (that is, an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience.”

Galatians chapter 5, verses 16 to 25

“But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also keep in step with the Spirit.”

 Hosea chapter 9, verses 1 to 4, 6, 10 to 11, 13, 15 to 17

“Rejoice not, O Israel! Exult not like the peoples; for you have played the whore, forsaking your God. You have loved a prostitute’s wages on all threshing floors. Threshing floor and wine vat shall not feed them, and the new wine shall fail them. They shall not remain in the land of the LORD, but Ephraim shall return to Egypt, and they shall eat unclean food in Assyria. They shall not pour drink offerings of wine to the LORD, and their sacrifices shall not please him. It shall be like mourners’ bread to them; all who eat of it shall be defiled, for their bread shall be for their hunger only; it shall not come to the house of the LORD. … For behold, they are going away from destruction, but Egypt shall gather them; Memphis shall bury them. Nettles shall possess their precious things of silver; thorns shall be in their tents. … Like grapes in the wilderness, I found Israel. Like the first fruit on the fig tree in its first season, I saw your fathers. But they came to Baal-peor and consecrated themselves to the thing of shame, and became detestable like the thing they loved. Ephraim’s glory shall fly away like a bird— no birth, no pregnancy, no conception! … Ephraim, as I have seen, was like a young palm planted in a meadow; but Ephraim must lead his children out to slaughter. … Every evil of theirs is at Gilgal; there I began to hate them. Because of the wickedness of their deeds I will drive them out of my house. I will love them no more; all their princes are rebels. Ephraim is stricken; their root is dried up; they shall bear no fruit. Even though they give birth, I will put their beloved children to death. My God will reject them because they have not listened to him; they shall be wanderers among the nations.”

2 Peter chapter 2, verses 20 to 22

“For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first. For it would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them. What the true proverb says has happened to them: ‘The dog returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire.'”

 Matthew chapter 6, verses 25 to 26, 32 to 33

“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? … For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

 Proverbs chapter 1, verse 23

“If you turn at my reproof, behold, I will pour out my spirit to you; I will make my words known to you.”

 Deuteronomy chapter 30, verses 15 to 20 (ESV):

“See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil. If you obey the commandments of the LORD your God that I command you today, by loving the LORD your God, by walking in his ways, and by keeping his commandments and his statutes and his rules, then you shall live and multiply, and the LORD your God will bless you in the land that you are entering to take possession of it. But if your heart turns away, and you will not hear, but are drawn away to worship other gods and serve them, I declare to you today, that you shall surely perish. You shall not live long in the land that you are going over the Jordan to enter and possess. I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore choose life, that you and your offspring may live, loving the LORD your God, obeying his voice and holding fast to him, for he is your life and length of days, that you may dwell in the land that the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.”

 Hebrews chapter 10, verses 19 to 20, 22 to 23

“Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, … let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.”

 Revelation chapter 3, verse 21

“The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne, as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.”

 1 Peter chapter 1, verses 3 to 5

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”

 1 Peter chapter 5, verses 8 to 10

“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. Resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same kinds of suffering are being experienced by your brotherhood throughout the world. And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.”

Psalm 46, verse 1

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

Psalm 28, verse 8

“The LORD is the strength of his people; he is the saving refuge of his anointed.”
