(The Encouragement of the Holy Spirit, 2025.09.26)

Those who belong to Me, your lives should be beautiful, free from filth and sin, and worthy of your calling by grace. While living as strangers in this evil age, be alert to the traps set by the devil. The devil’s work is to stain the holy white robes you put on after baptism, making you unholy again, and to cause unbelievers to love the world even more, indulge in evil desires, and be drunk with sin.

Stay close to Me, seek spiritual wisdom, and read the Bible. Through the teaching of biblical truth, see how in history people could not enter the land I promised because of sin and its consequences—take this as a warning for yourself.

I grieve when you continue walking on the wrong path and cannot return to Me, ending up unable to enter the heavenly kingdom of eternal life. Reflect on your actions, deeply examine your heart, and grieve according to God’s will over whether your spiritual life is holy and complete. Since you have already received My promises, strive to obtain the crown of life by working now to be holy and complete, removing every defilement of body and soul.

Every day, compare yourself to the teaching of truth, let the light shine into your heart, and ask yourself if you are stained, if your spiritual life is damaged, and if you have fallen short of God’s glory. See clearly whether you are clean.

It is better for you to produce a repentance that leaves no regret—be deeply sorrowful over your sins, give birth to a repentant heart, change your mind, turn from the path of sin and straying, and walk the path of righteousness.

Blessed are those who wash their garments! Because your genuine repentance makes Me forgive you and cleanse you again. Even though repenting and removing all filth is hard, as you keep striving for holiness and stay away from sin, you show your purity. Your efforts in this life will surely be rewarded.

It is better for you to produce a repentance that leaves no regret, so that in this world you do not harm yourself or others by sin and then feel remorse. And at the judgment seat in the future, you will not regret failing to complete your work of salvation, not entering eternal life, or not wearing holy white robes because of your sin.

Therefore, fear God and work out your salvation with fear and trembling.

Scripture

Deuteronomy

Chapter 26 Verses 17–19

You have declared today that the Lord is your God,

and that you will walk in his ways and keep his statutes and his commandments and his rules,

and will obey his voice.

And the Lord has declared today that you are a people for his treasured possession,

as he has promised you,

and that you are to keep all his commandments,

and that he will set you in praise and in fame and in honor high above all nations that he has made,

and that you shall be a people holy to the Lord your God, as he promised.

2 Corinthians

Chapter 7 Verse 1

Since we have these promises, beloved,

let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit,

bringing holiness to completion in the fear of God.

2 Corinthians

Chapter 7 Verses 10–11

For godly grief produces a repentance that leads to salvation without regret,

whereas worldly grief produces death.

For see what earnestness this godly grief has produced in you,

but also what eagerness to clear yourselves,

what indignation,

what fear,

what longing,

what zeal,

what punishment!

At every point you have proved yourselves innocent in the matter.

Romans

Chapter 2 Verses 6–8

He will render to each one according to his works:

to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality,

he will give eternal life;

but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness,

there will be wrath and fury.
