(2023.2.25 Pray for others and receive words) Blessed are those who died in the Lord
You should sing for him, because he can rest from the toils of the world, his burden is too heavy, what a blessing it is to come to my side (2023.2.25)
The above is to pray for a sister who is seriously ill and has many tubes inserted in her body. The doctor announced that she has one month left to live. I am sad in my heart. I pray for her. I originally wanted to cry, but when I prayed, I sang spiritual songs and there was no sadness in my heart. , and heard the above passage, was greatly comforted.
Think about it, sometimes when we face a loved one who is about to die due to illness, we always want to use human methods to keep the life of the loved one, and hold on to it, or for a loved one who has passed away, we can’t get out of the pain in our hearts, ask ourselves, Do you really understand the purpose of believing in the Lord? Do you really know what is the most precious thing God wants to give us?
If life only cares about things in the world, and your heart only sees this world, the more you grasp and look at it, the heavier our entanglements will be. God does not want us to get these things. The blessings in the world are not real. The only thing we should look at is getting the crown of life and entering the beautiful heavenly home that God has prepared for us. If those who die in the Lord are blessed, will they still be afraid? The fear is whether we will enter the kingdom of heaven in the future, whether we will be cut off by God, and whether we will be abandoned by God.
