(2024.09.22 Pray and receive the Lord’s words)

Don’t be afraid, child, I’m here;
I am your God and your Father;
I am the God who created all things and your Savior;
I am everywhere, my eyes see everything;
I show mercy and love to those who are humble and obedient and love me;
I open my arms to honest and upright people;
I will support those who call on me, those who fear me, and those who walk in the paths of righteousness;
He longs for my Mount Zion, and he longs to live with me forever;

My child, you must give up the burden of the flesh,
The physical belongs to the worldly; it is temporary and transient, and will ultimately pass away and be destroyed.
The flesh belongs to the devil; when attacked or tempted, immediately call upon Me, rely on Me to gain strength, and overcome desires;

I am a spirit. If you are my child, you must live by me in the spirit, not by the flesh;
Set your mind on the invisible heaven, your future residence;

When you are weak, when you are in pain, don’t be afraid;
You are mine, and by my Spirit and my strength your soul is revived and strengthened;
Because your spirit is not asleep, your heart is bright, you understand what the devil’s attacks are, and you clearly understand that refining is for the benefit of people ;
Turn your heart to me and start learning how to be “quiet” and “trust”. You are not facing suffering alone, you have me;
Believe me, no one can be trusted except me;

I am your help at any time, I am your eternal support;
Don’t be anxious, wait patiently for what I will accomplish for you;
In me, your heart finds rest,
My child, don’t be afraid, just believe.

Scripture

Psalm. Chapter 31. Verses 14 to 16, 19, and 21 to 24

But I trust in you, O Lord; I say, “You are my God.” My times are in your hand;… Make your face shine on your servant; save me in your steadfast love!

Oh, how abundant is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you and worked for those who take refuge in you, in the sight of the children of mankind!

Blessed be the Lord, for he has wondrously shown his steadfast love to me when I was in a besieged city. I had said in my alarm, “I am cut off from your sight.” But you heard the voice of my pleas for mercy when I cried to you for help.

Love the Lord, all you his saints! The Lord preserves the faithful but abundantly repays the one who acts in pride. Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord!

Jeremiah. Chapter 42. Verse 11

Do not fear the king of Babylon, of whom you are afraid. Do not fear him, declares the Lord, for I am with you, to save you and to deliver you from his hand.

Deuteronomy. Chapter 3. Verse 22

You shall not fear them, for it is the Lord your God who fights for you.

Matthew. Chapter 10. Verses 28 to 32

And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered.

Fear not, therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows.

So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven.

Luke. Chapter 12. Verses 4 to 5

I tell you, my friends, do not fear those who kill the body, and after that have nothing more that they can do. But I will warn you whom to fear: fear him who, after he has killed, has authority to cast into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him!

Psalm. Chapter 84. Verses 5 to 7, and 9 to 12

Blessed are those whose strength is in you, in whose heart are the highways to Zion.

As they go through the Valley of Baca they make it a place of springs; the early rain also covers it with pools.

They go from strength to strength; each one appears before God in Zion.

Behold our shield, O God; look on the face of your anointed!

For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of wickedness.

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.

O Lord of hosts, blessed is the one who trusts in you!

Psalm. Chapter 33. Verses 8 to 9, 11 to 18, and 20

Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him!

For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.

The counsel of the Lord stands forever, the plans of his heart to all generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people whom he has chosen as his heritage!

The Lord looks down from heaven; he sees all the children of man;

from where he sits enthroned he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,

he who fashions the hearts of them all and observes all their deeds.

The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength.

The war horse is a false hope for salvation, and by its great might it cannot rescue.

Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his steadfast love,

Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield.

Psalm. Chapter 19. Verse 8

The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.

Daniel. Chapter 11. Verse 35

And some of the wise shall stumble, so that they may be refined, purified, and made white, until the time of the end, for it still awaits the appointed time.

2 Kings. Chapter 19. Verses 29 to 31

And this shall be the sign for you: this year you shall eat what grows of itself, and in the second year what springs of the same. Then in the third year sow and reap and plant vineyards, and eat their fruit.

And the surviving remnant of the house of Judah shall again take root downward and bear fruit upward.

For out of Jerusalem shall go a remnant, and out of Mount Zion a band of survivors. The zeal of the Lord will do this.

1 Corinthians. Chapter 14. Verse 33

For God is not a God of confusion but of peace.

Proverbs. Chapter 1. Verse 33

but whoever listens to me will dwell secure and will be at ease, without dread of disaster.

Psalm. Chapter 131. Verses 2 to 3

But I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with its mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.

O Israel, hope in the Lord from this time forth and forevermore.

Psalm. Chapter 23. Verses 1 to 6

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters.

He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
