(2026.04.09 The Encouragement of the Holy Spirit)

Who can sing this new song? It is those who overcome the world and defeat the evil one. They are pure, separated from sin, and not defiled. In the spirit, they are clothed in holy white garments. They faithfully follow the Lord Jesus to the end, even unto death. There is no lie in their mouth, and they are blameless. They are the ones whom the Lord Jesus bought back with the great price of His precious blood. They become the firstfruits and belong to God.

People of the world, you should all worship God—the Lord who created heaven, earth, the sea, and all things, and who gives the fountain of life. You must listen to the one true God in heaven. What He gives to people is eternal blessing and joy. It is not found on this short and perishable earth, but in the eternal kingdom in heaven that never fades away. You should become people who belong to the Lord Jesus, because our kingdom is in heaven and does not belong to this earth. On earth, we are only sojourners and strangers.

This earth is full of sin: greed, sexual immorality, idolatry, pride, and hatred. Because Satan works fiercely, people are drawn away by the customs, trends, values, and pleasures of sin in this world. They do not live according to God’s righteous standard, but still live in sin and uncleanness. People listen to the voice of the world and do not listen to the voice of God. People should worship the Lord who created all things and made mankind, and they should be faithful to God. Yet instead, they obey Satan, who seeks to destroy their spiritual life. They love the world, worship false gods, worship idols made by human hands, drift away from God, and leave the Lord who gives life.

In this crooked, rebellious, and evil generation, Satan deceives all nations. But the saints must endure, resist the temptations of the evil one, firmly walk on the path of righteousness, hold fast to the truth of the Lord Jesus, and obey God’s commandments. Do not shrink back. Do not compromise with the evil one. Do not take part in sin. Do not let even the smallest defilement cling to you. Live out the life of a Christian. Live out goodness and righteousness, and give glory to the Father in heaven.

And during your days on earth, use the word of God every day to examine your speech and actions, and to examine your heart. Keep straightening your steps on the Lord’s path, so that the way you walk may be upright, and so that you may walk on the road that leads to the kingdom of heaven. Strive to run forward. Keep renewing your spiritual life, so that you may grow and become mature in the spirit. Then, when God’s time comes to harvest the grain, you may be gathered into the kingdom of God.

Prepare yourself. Make yourself ready. Put on holy white garments, so that when the Lord returns, you may be harvested by Him, become the firstfruits, be gathered into His barn, enter His glorious kingdom, and be with the Lord.

Scripture

Revelation
Chapter 14 Verses 14-16
“And I looked, and behold a white cloud,
and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man,
having on his head a golden crown,
and in his hand a sharp sickle.
And another angel came out of the temple,
crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud,
Thrust in thy sickle, and reap:
for the time is come for thee to reap;
for the harvest of the earth is ripe.
And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth;
and the earth was reaped.”

Revelation
Chapter 14 Verses 3-5
“And they sung as it were a new song before the throne,
and before the four beasts, and the elders:
and no man could learn that song
but the hundred and forty and four thousand,
which were redeemed from the earth.
These are they which were not defiled with women;
for they are virgins.
These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth.
These were redeemed from among men,
being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
And in their mouth was found no guile:
for they are without fault before the throne of God.”

1 John
Chapter 3 Verses 2-3
“Beloved, now are we the sons of God,
and it doth not yet appear what we shall be:
but we know that, when he shall appear,
we shall be like him;
for we shall see him as he is.
And every man that hath this hope in him
purifieth himself, even as he is pure.”

Revelation
Chapter 14 Verses 12-13
“Here is the patience of the saints:
here are they that keep the commandments of God,
and the faith of Jesus.
And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write,
Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth:
Yea, saith the Spirit,
that they may rest from their labours;
and their works do follow them.”
