What is Righteousness

(2024.3.06 Prayer to Receive the Word of the Lord)

What is Righteousness

Righteousness is in Me, judgment is in Me, the standard is in Me;

You are merely created beings, how can you speak for yourselves?

Which matter has not been determined before you were even in existence;

You think you encounter injustice and fight for yourselves;

Yet you do not realize that all is in My hands;

The corruption of the human heart is due to the inability to resist the devil;

Because you rely on yourself, you depend on human intentions, how can you then withstand?

You forget to rely on the Creator, your God;

You think you are righteous, but in My eyes, you are not;

You should seek Me, let Me advocate for you;

Because you are just a creation, you are merely flesh;

The devil’s stirring easily gives rise to selfish desires;

What comes from passion is only corruption, and that is what you do;

You are but the dust of the earth, what can you change for yourself?

You should know,

I never wish to destroy, to wage war;

If such events arise, it is with My permission;

Because your heart was corrupted first, sold to the devil;

Unclean lands must be purified;

You should weep for what you have done, for what you sow, your descendants will also bear;

You should know;

My kingdom has no warfare, no hatred, no tears of sorrow;

It is about loving one another, it is about peace;

Only those who rely on Me, who turn back to Me;

Even in the darkest night, there is still hope, and you will see the light.

PS.

In this article, God answered the question of what true justice is. Nowadays, people believe that the world is full of injustices, so they retaliate with evil to implement what they perceive as fair justice. This mindset has led to a world where people fight against each other, and nations against nations.

From God’s response in the article, it is clear that humanity cannot achieve true justice due to their own sins and reliance on their abilities. God reminds mankind that they should turn back to the Creator, seeking His guidance and help, because only in His kingdom can there be true peace, love, and hope.

Therefore, believers are encouraged to seek God’s presence in the face of injustice and trials, trust in His perfect plan and timing, and find comfort and hope in Him. When the material world ends, all people are judged, Accept fair punishment and a new heaven and earth are established, true justice will be realized.

Bible Study

1. Psalm 50:6 – “The heavens declare his righteousness, for God himself is judge! Selah”

2. Psalm 89:14 – “Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; steadfast love and faithfulness go before you.”

3  ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭18‬:‭5‬-‭8‬ – for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes. Give back to her as she has given; pay her back double for what she has done. Pour her a double portion from her own cup. Give her as much torment and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself. In her heart she boasts, ‘I sit enthroned as queen. I am not a widow; I will never mourn.’ Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her: death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her.

4. Job 10:9 – “Remember that you have made me like clay; and will you return me to the dust?”

5. Isaiah 45:9 – “Woe to him who strives with him who formed him, a pot among earthen pots! Does the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’ or ‘Your work has no handles’?”

6. Romans 3:23 – “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”

7. Psalm 51:5 – “Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.”

8. Job 40:2, 8 – “Shall a faultfinder contend with the Almighty? He who argues with God, let him answer it… Will you even put me in the wrong? Will you condemn me that you may be in the right?”

9. Psalm 112:4 – “Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous.”

10. 1 Corinthians 1:30 – “And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption,”

11. Philippians 4:6-7 – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

12. Jeremiah 32:17-19 – “‘Ah, Lord GOD! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you. You show steadfast love to thousands, but you repay the guilt of fathers to their children after them, O great and mighty God, whose name is the LORD of hosts, great in counsel and mighty in deed, whose eyes are open to all the ways of the children of man, rewarding each one according to his ways and according to the fruit of his deeds.'”

13. Romans 1:21-25 – “For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things. Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves, because they exchanged the truth about God for a lie and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever! Amen.”
