(2026.04.15. The Encouragement of the Holy Spirit)
Honor the God of heaven above all things. He is the Almighty One who created all things, the King of kings and Lord of lords.
Take refuge under God’s protection, for apart from Him, there is no one who can truly shelter and protect you. Not the wealth and empty fame of this world, not idols made by human hands, and not mortal people formed from the dust of the earth. Even if a person gains temporary benefits and material comfort in this life, without God’s protection, everything they possess can be lost at any moment. Whatever God allows to happen will surely come to pass. Therefore, do not place your hope in wealth, people, circumstances, or anything else that is subject to change. Look instead to the unchanging God. Apart from Him, there is no salvation. Apart from Him, there is no one who can truly help us.
Seek wisdom so that you may understand what pleases God and what He hates, so that each day of your life may be lived in reverence according to His will, and that you may escape His righteous judgment.
When that day comes, those who trusted in the world and relied on their riches for security and prosperity will weep and mourn. The treasures they spent their lives storing up on earth, which they believed were secure, will become desolate in a moment. Everything they worked so hard to accumulate will come to nothing. During the limited years God gave them, they did not store up treasures in heaven for themselves. Instead, they wasted their time and spent their lives on things that do not last.
On that day, God will judge this world in righteousness, and in the end it will be destroyed.
This prosperous world of Babylon the Great will be found no more. The sounds of joy, pleasure, entertainment, and singing will be heard no more. Human wisdom, self-confidence, skills, craftsmanship, design, business, and technology will all disappear. Everything people depended on for daily life will come to an end and remain no more. God’s light will no longer shine. When His presence is removed, only darkness and despair will remain. Life as people know it will cease. The voices of the bridegroom and the bride will be heard no more. Those who once measured success by worldly honor, power, and wealth will be nothing in the day of judgment, no different from the lowly.
God will pronounce judgment on the great prostitute, and she will fall, be destroyed, and be burned with fire. The smoke of her burning will rise forever. Because she deceived the nations and led the people of the world astray, this is the punishment she deserves. Through her judgment, people will know that everything she offered was nothing but falsehood and illusion.
All who follow this great prostitute and belong to this world will also receive the punishment they deserve. On the last day, they will stand before God’s judgment.Whether a person has authority, ability, or strength, whether their status is high or low, whether they are kings of a nation or ordinary people, everyone will be judged by God according to His righteousness, without any difference. The punishment of judgment will not come only upon the devil, the beast, and the false prophet. It will also come upon all who follow and worship the beast and receive its mark on their forehead or on their right hand. They will suffer everlasting punishment.

How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her:
for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine;
and she shall be utterly burned with fire:
for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her.
And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her,
shall bewail her, and lament for her,
when they shall see the smoke of her burning.
And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying,
Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down,
and shall be found no more at all.
And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters,
shall be heard no more at all in thee;
and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be,
shall be found any more in thee;
and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee;
and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee:
for thy merchants were the great men of the earth;
for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

Chapter 19 Verses 11-21
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse;
and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True,
and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
His eyes were as a flame of fire,
and on his head were many crowns;
and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood:
and his name is called The Word of God.
And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses,
clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword,
that with it he should smite the nations:
and he shall rule them with a rod of iron:
and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written,
KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
And I saw an angel standing in the sun;
and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven,
Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;
That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men,
and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them,
and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.
And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together
to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him,
with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast,
and them that worshipped his image.
These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse,
which sword proceeded out of his mouth:
and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Chapter 14 Verses 9-11
And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice,
If any man worship the beast and his image,
and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God,
which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation;
and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels,
and in the presence of the Lamb:
And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever:
and they have no rest day nor night,
who worship the beast and his image,
and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
