(2025.5.02 – Prayer received from the Lord)

Those who have received salvation should no longer live in sin.

You were bought at a high price—redeemed and washed clean by my precious blood. Since your sins have been removed, you must cut ties with sin, because sin leads to death.

When you are baptized, your whole body is immersed in living water, and my Spirit is present in that water. Your sins are washed away and you are made clean. This baptism connects you to me. My Spirit will live in you, giving you new life and making you holy so your spirit comes alive again.

You are now clothed in white garments of holiness—a beautiful mark of those who belong to me. In the spiritual realm, this is a visible testimony. Even the devil knows that those who once belonged to him have now become mine. So stay holy!

While you live in this world, every day is filled with choices. In every situation, at the moment when a thought arises and you decide how to act, you are given the chance to choose the right path—the path that leads to eternal life, a path free from sin.

That fleeting thought is very important. Will it draw you closer to me, or pull you further away? Will you stay on the right path and move more quickly toward peace and stability each day? Or will you choose to wander off the road to heaven and drift further from the good days I want to give you, stuck in a cycle of suffering?

In an instant, you must be able to discern whether a thought comes from the devil’s temptation or from the Holy Spirit guiding you toward righteousness. Always examine your thoughts. Reflect and choose the path that leads to eternal blessings.

Remember this! You must stay away from sin. Don’t be deceived or tempted by the devil. Do not return to a life of sin.

Stay alert at all times, or you may be led astray—like Judas, who gave up the grace that was once given to him and sold his life to the devil, once again becoming a servant of the devil.

Every day in this world, you are faced with choices. Every time a situation arises and you act on a thought, you have the opportunity to follow the right way. A moment of thought, If you choose well—obeying the guidance of the Holy Spirit and walking in truth—you will move forward more quickly. Those who grow spiritually walk with lightness and stability, steadily pressing forward on the path to heaven, drawing ever closer to receiving the greatest reward.

Always remember how I led your ancestors out of Egypt so they would no longer be slaves. In the same way, I have redeemed you from the hands of the evil one so that you no longer live as a slave to sin, bound by its chains. Never forget this grace—it has already been given to you. Don’t throw it away.

I hope that every decision you make is one that leads to eternal life. Let it be made in faith, believing in my promises and trusting that you will reach the glorious land I have prepared. Let this hope be like a seed planted deep in your heart. Let it grow and bear beautiful fruit—abundant, overflowing, never-ending—so that your life reflects my glory and becomes the life I intended for you to have.

Choosing the right path is choosing eternal life. It is choosing the way that keeps your soul alive. Only by separating yourself from sin can you stay far from chaos, far from storms, and far from death.

May you receive my love, for I love those who are holy, blameless, and obedient to my commandments.

And may you remain in my love, now and forever.

Scripture

Proverbs

Chapter 5 Verses 1-13

My son, be attentive to my wisdom;

incline your ear to my understanding,

that you may keep discretion,

and your lips may guard knowledge.

For the lips of a forbidden woman drip honey,

and her speech is smoother than oil,

but in the end she is bitter as wormwood,

sharp as a two-edged sword.

Her feet go down to death;

her steps follow the path to Sheol;

she does not ponder the path of life;

her ways wander, and she does not know it.

And now, O sons, listen to me,

and do not depart from the words of my mouth.

Keep your way far from her,

and do not go near the door of her house,

lest you give your honor to others

and your years to the merciless,

lest strangers take their fill of your strength,

and your labors go to the house of a foreigner,

and at the end of your life you groan,

when your flesh and body are consumed,

and you say, “How I hated discipline,

and my heart despised reproof!

I did not listen to the voice of my teachers

or incline my ear to my instructors.”

John

Chapter 6 Verses 64-71

“But there are some of you who do not believe.”

(For Jesus knew from the beginning who those were who did not believe, and who it was who would betray him.)

And he said, “This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless it is granted him by the Father.”

After this many of his disciples turned back and no longer walked with him.

So Jesus said to the twelve, “Do you want to go away as well?”

Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life,

and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God.”

Jesus answered them, “Did I not choose you, the twelve? And yet one of you is a devil.”

He spoke of Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, for he, one of the twelve, was going to betray him.

Proverbs

Chapter 5 Verses 21-23

For a man’s ways are before the eyes of the LORD,

and he ponders all his paths.

The iniquities of the wicked ensnare him,

and he is held fast in the cords of his sin.

He dies for lack of discipline,

and because of his great folly he is led astray.

2 Timothy

Chapter 1 Verses 6-7, 9-10

For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God,

which is in you through the laying on of my hands,

for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.

who saved us and called us to a holy calling,

not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace,

which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,

and which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus,

who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.

2 Samuel

Chapter 10 Verse 12

Be of good courage, and let us be courageous for our people,

and for the cities of our God,

and may the LORD do what seems good to him.

2 Timothy

Chapter 1 Verses 13-14

Follow the pattern of the sound words that you have heard from me,

in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.

By the Holy Spirit who dwells within us,

guard the good deposit entrusted to you.
