(2022.12.22 Pray and accept the Lords words)
Question: Why is the time for sanctification different?
Answer: I give everyone the same starting point, because people are influenced by the world’s selfish desires. The more they grasp the things in the world, the longer and longer the sanctification time will be. You cant even become a saint, why do you say you have to return to the original love, the heart that loves me and pursues me, the heart that loves the heavenly family, so you dont grasp the things in the world
Question: What is the same starting point?
Answer: After being baptized, you become a new creation, but you still live in the world, and some people still keep grasping things in the world, put yourself first, take yourself first, and look at your own needs The most important thing。So that the distance to sanctification is getting harder and longer, and these things of the world must be discarded and throw away
PS: We must be holy through the Lord Jesus
we cant do it ourselves
Lord Jesus can do it
So we have to rely on the Lord Jesus to be holy
Remember to rely on the Lord Jesus and not on yourself, because you cannot do anything on your own
John 15:4-5
“Remain in me, and I in you. Unless a branch abides in the vine, it cannot bear fruit by itself; neither can you unless you abide in me. I am the vine, and you are the branches. Whoever abides in me, and I abide in him, bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”
Zechariah 3:1-5
“The angel showed me: Joshua the high priest stood before the angel of the LORD, and Satan stood at Joshua’s right hand to accuse him. The LORD said to Satan, “The LORD rebuke you, O Satan! The LORD who chose Jerusalem I rebuke you! Is not this a stick plucked from the fire?” Joshua stood in front of the angel in filthy clothes. The messenger said to those who stood before him, “Take off his filthy clothes.” Then he said to Joshua, “Look, I have taken your iniquity from you, and I will clothe you with fine clothes.” I said “Put a clean crown on his head.” And they put a clean crown on his head, and clothed him with fine clothes, and the angel of the LORD stood beside him. “
Revelation 22:14
“Blessed are those who wash their clothes! They will have authority to go to the tree of life, and they will have power to enter the city through the gate.”
John 17:15-17, 19
“I do not ask you to take them out of the world, but preserve them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by the truth; your word is the truth. I sanctify myself for their sakes, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.”
Romans 6:22
“But now, having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you bear fruit unto sanctification, the end of which is eternal life.”
2 Corinthians 7:1
“Therefore, dear ones, since we have this promise, let us purify ourselves from all defilement of body and soul, and be sanctified by the fear of God.”
Leviticus 20:7
“Sanctify yourselves and be holy, for I am the LORD your God.”
Romans 13:14
“Always put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and don’t just satisfy the flesh and indulge selfish desires.”
Mark 4:18-19
“And those who were sown among thorns are those who hear the word, and then the cares of the world, the deceitfulness of money, and other lusts come in, and they choke the word so that it cannot bear fruit.”
Ephesians 4:21-22
“If you have heard his word and received his teaching, for the truth is in Jesus, you must put off your former behavior and your old self, which is gradually corrupted by the delusion of lust.”
1 Corinthians 6:9-11
“Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not deceive yourselves! The adulterer, the idolater, the adulterer, the whore, the manly man, the thief, the covetous, the drunk, the reviler, No blackmailer shall inherit the kingdom of God. So it was with some of you; but you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by the Spirit of our God.
