(2026.07.26. Comfort from the Holy Spirit)
Whenever a thought comes to mind and you want to make a decision, or whenever you face something that may affect the direction of your life, do not rush to make plans for yourself. From the very beginning, when an idea has just started to form in your heart and before your plans have taken shape, entrust everything to your Father in heaven first. Let your heavenly Father lead you and arrange the path of your whole life.
Whether what you hope for comes to pass or not, let it be according to the Lord’s will, not your own. Your heavenly Father already knows what you should do and where you should go. He also knows where He has prepared things for you to experience and accomplish.
If God leads your steps from the very beginning of your life’s journey, you do not need to worry about what will happen in the future. The things you will experience throughout your life and the people you will meet all have a spiritual purpose in God’s plan. Every encounter and every experience may be part of what God uses to fulfill the path He has prepared for your life, and they may also influence the lives of others.
God will also protect you from dangers you do not yet know about, keep you from taking unnecessary detours, and keep you from wasting your time. Only by walking on the path the Lord has prepared for you can your life truly be secure.
Never wait until everything has already been planned before you begin to pray and ask God for help. Your life is not about first deciding for yourself which path you want to take and then asking the Lord to bless everything you have chosen to do. If the path you choose is not God’s will and is not the path He has prepared for you, then even if you keep praying for it, what will the outcome be? Will things be accomplished according to your own will, or according to God’s will?
Let God be God. Let Him rule in your life and truly be the Lord of your life, in control of each day. Only then can you have true joy and peace and enjoy the blessed life God gives.
Wherever you go, whether in your studies, your work, or your daily life, hold firmly to the Lord and obey the leading of the Holy Spirit. Do not quench the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Let God’s Word be the direction that guides your life, so that you may have spiritual discernment and be able to understand God’s will.
When the Holy Spirit reminds you of something, may you immediately recognize His leading, understand whether you need to turn back, and know how you should move forward. In everything, live according to the Lord’s will. In the days when the Lord is with you, you will continually experience God’s mercy and lovingkindness.
Keep a heart that fears God, follow the Lord closely, become a spiritual person, experience God’s grace every day, and walk with God.
